In a network divided into stages, there are already 180 sections dedicated to each day of suggested pedaling, with maps and all the information you need to plan the day-to-day of a great trip.
Using any map&navigation mobile app installed on your smartphone, you can guide yourself anywhere along the network using the GPS tracks, in gpx and kml formats, that accompany the guide.
Long Distance
The road book with more than 6600 km of routes to travel by bicycle throughout the country. 154 sections from north to south allow you to plan a vacation to get to know the real country. The cherry on top of the cake? Many of the routes "touch" the Railway Network and Portuguese trains allow more and more bicycles to be used inside them.
With all this, it's becoming easier to travel around the country by bicycle.
e-Bike Tours
More and more people own a bicycle with electric assistance, which creates new possibilitie like covering greater distances and slopes, with the same effort as ever. This way they can reach higher and explore mountain regions and deep valleys.
This guide contains 4 tours: Terras de Basto, Douro Internacional, Serra da Malcata and Vales do Guadiana.
Weekend Tours
The perfect tours for the whole family allows you to discover corners of towns, cities and emblematic places in the country. The first in this category are short rides along the new cycle paths in Lisbon and surroundings, which can be easily covered in less than a day.
One of the tours takes you to one of the highest points in the capital, the Monsanto Sierra Forest Park, with huge views of the city, river, bridge and The King Christ.
