Without unnecessary costs with expensive signage, this project uses the latest and most advanced satellite georeferencing technologies
TRAILS & SATELLITES.
Using all the knowledge and experience acquired over the last 25 years carrying out engineering projects for roads and transport - one of the various branches of study of civil engineering - I identify for you the National Cycling Touring Network.
It encompasses a variety of cycling infrastructure spread across the country but completely disconnected from each other, such as bike paths, greenways and rails-to-trails. Then I add to them rural and forest paths, both in macadam and asphalt, as well as paved roads with low car traffic that take travelers on pedals to visit the most beautiful, and sometimes isolated, landscapes in the country, thus giving them access to all the material, immaterial and natural heritage from this small rectangle in the westernmost point of the European continent.
With this information "in situ" I develop this tourist guide, exclusively in PDF digital format (no paper is wasted) with maps and detailed information on each stage/section as well as the GPS tracks that guide travelers on these bike tours, thus dispensing any type of signage on the ground, and canceling out the economic and environmental costs of manufacturing, applying and maintaining such equipments.
